We are busy.

Hello to all of you, today we had a wonderfull day on Cyfarthfa Junior School. We made a lot games and we have toked to them in english an taught them spanish.

In the school the children sing  in different languages: English and Welsh.

 

  And in the dinner, all my friends gave me a surprise singing "Happy Birthday" and having a chocolate cake.

Las actividades en el colegio Cyfarthfa Junior School.

 Hemos tenido que hacer tres grupos para las actividades del colegio.
Cuando hemos llegado al colegio, lo primero, hemos hecho una asamblea en la que los niños nos han dado la bienvenida con unas canciones. Se han portado genial. Cuando hemos terminado, hemos ido al recreo y hemos jugado y hablado en inglés con los niños de allí. Después cada grupo se ha ido con una clase. Hemos hecho diferentes actividades; unas antes de comer y otras después.
La de la clase cuatro consistía en hacer un dragón chino.
En la de la cinco había que represenatr con coordenadas distintas ciudades y ríos de los mapas de País de Gales y de España y después pintarlos.
En la actividad de la clase seis teníamos que buscar trozos de cartones con multiplicaciones y resolverlas en un papel. En el turno de uno de los grupos ha llovido y no han podido hacer esta actividad de orientación, y han hecho una animación con un programa del ordenador.

Second day in the School

Today in the school we do some different activities,in three groups.The boys and girls recibe us with an asembly and they behaved very well .One of the activities that we do is to fill a map of Spain and Wales .Later we do a gymkhana of orientation. Finally we do crafts of a Chinise Dragon.

4 of May. The first day in the school

Today we have woke up at 7 o'clock. We were all very tired. We went by train for an hour to the school.
When we arrived to the school we ate an orange juice and a typical cake from Wales. Then we went to the recess and we spoke with the welsh children.
Later we went to visit the park near to school. The landscape was very green and beautiful. After an hour we came back to the school and had lunch with the students.
Then we went to the museum. It was very interesting. Later we returned to Cardiff and we had dinner.
After that we came back to home and we had a shower and... sorry but... it's time to sleep.

EL MUSEO

Hola me llamo Gemma . Hoy hemos visto un museo del pueblo de kevin                       .En el museo
habia una cabeza egipcia  ; habia  vestidos antigüos que valian mucho dinero . Habia vestido de pobre y de rico  .En el museo habia muchos cuadros muy lujosos que valian mucho dinero .Habia un parque para jugar .
Cerammica , platos y una tienda de recuerdos del museo .

EL COLEGIO :

En el  colegio hemos hecho  :

Conocer  a los niños y hablar con ellos  . Estar  con ellos en el recreo . Tomar un zumo  con ellos .Ir al parque  y jugar al fútbol y a otras cosas . Hemos comido en el colegio y después es cuando nos hemos ido al museo y hemos conocido al padre de kevin.

THE SCHOOL

Hellow, today wednesday of  May the people of 6 is went to the school.The school have a big play graund.The peaple are very good persons, then we wen eate with the children of the beautiful school , leater we playen wiht the Wales people.Then the chidren of the ocejon is say works in spanish for the other people.

Then we go to a park to play the park is have many plays,leater we visited a museum is was very interestin and beautiful.

Leater we go in tean because  we go to diner. And then we go to the hotel to slepp.

 Today we went to Kevin´s village. In the village we went to the school and to the museum. It was very interesting. There were pictures, dresses and wales´s ceramic. Near them, there was a children park. It´s very big and funny!!

We met with Kenin´s father.

Our impressions in Caerphilly Castle and Irish Pub. 3rd of May 2011.

Hello,
today we had a great time, we visited Caerphilly Castle and we had dinner in a traditional Irish Pub.
We made a quiz in the morning and learnt a lot, then, in the evening, we had a guided tour with a woman that told us lots of things about it. The most amazing thing that we learnt was that it was built in a valley so that it could be hidden . No enemy has entered the castle ever because it had a very good defense system: A lot of soldiers, two moats (foso), different types of weapons: mongonel, ballista, trébucher and perrier. You also had to cross two walls filled up with soldiers...
We also made a small play with the king and their royal friends.
We had a nice lunch playing rugby, and we also played with the ducks near the castle´s moat.
 Dinner was also very good at the Irish Pub. The food was similar to the one on the other day, delicious. Everything was served with fried potatoes and peas or beans. At the end, the people who behaved well, had some chocolate. We went to the train station and we sang songs for the two teams (Barcelona and Real Madrid), we arrived at the hostal and watched the second half of the match. We are really tired so we are going to finish and go to bed.

Dia en Caerphilly

Hoy hemos salido del hostal pronto para ir a la estación de tren. Hemos ido a Caerphilly. Allí hemos visitado un castillo inmenso. Dentro del castillo hemos tenido que buscar información para rellenar un cuestionario. Después hemos ido a comer y a jugar un rato. Era un paisaje paradisiaco. A las tres habíamos quedado con la guía que nos ha explicado las cosas más importantes del castillo. ¡Eso si, en inglés! Hemos actuado y hecho un torneo medieval.

A continuación hemos dado una vuelta por el pueblo y después hemos ido a cenar a un pub irlandés. Hemos cenado muy bien.

La vuelta ha sido tranquila hemos visto el partido y ahora nos vamos a la cama porque estamos muy cansados y mañana tenemos que madrugar.
